Barnshaws Plate Division has recently completed the production of large rolled cylinders and dished heads for a chemical pressure vessel project, demonstrating our capability in heavy plate rolling and fabrication. The project involved manufacturing the main vessel sections, with a local specialist company supplying the flanges and fittings to complete the assembly.
Using advanced plate rolling equipment and extensive fabrication expertise, the cylinders and dish heads were produced to meet the demanding requirements of the chemical processing industry, where accuracy, strength and reliability are critical. The scale of the vessel highlights Barnshaws ability to handle large and complex fabrications for industrial applications.
