At Barnshaws, precision and consistency are at the core of every corrugation project delivered from the Hamilton facility.
This production run includes 75 corrugated sections, primarily at 3619 mm in length, along with approximately 15 shorter pieces, all formed from 3 mm thick steel. Maintaining accuracy across components of this size requires tight control throughout the forming process, ensuring each profile aligns perfectly during installation.
Corrugated steel offers enhanced strength and rigidity without excessive weight, making it a reliable choice for structural and architectural applications. The uniform profiles seen here demonstrate the combination of advanced machinery and skilled workmanship needed to achieve repeatable, high-quality results.
Careful handling is just as important as fabrication. Timber spacers are used between layers to protect edges and preserve the integrity of each section during storage and transport, ensuring they arrive on site ready for immediate use.
From bespoke orders to large-scale production runs, Barnshaws continues to deliver dependable corrugation solutions tailored to project requirements.
