Barnshaws Plate Bending have a requirement for an Estimator to join our team based at Anchor Lane, Coseley, West Midlands, WV14 9NE
We specialize in providing Press Braking, Plate Rolling, Welding, and Cutting Services from carbon and stainless steel material.
Key responsibilities:
- The calculation of material requirements for purchasing purposes
- Supporting the Sales, Production and Purchasing departments
- The calculation of accurate costings to produce quotations
- Liaising with customers on sales order issues
Required Experience:
- The ability to read engineering drawings
- The ability to prioritise tasks and adopt a flexible approach to working methods
- The ability to work within a team environment
- Hold a full UK driving licence
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday 8.00am – 5.00pm with 45 minute lunch
- Friday 8.00am – 3.00pm with a 30 minute lunch
