Many innovations to reduce energy usage have been developed and a 3 year plan is in place to implement these savings with amount to saving 42% of energy usage.
Barnshaws are continually investing in human and capital resources. Continuous improvement is based on quality, reliability of service and economy of product.
Barnshaws recycle most waste including paper, metals, glass, wood and oil. No harmful chemicals are used in the processes.
Barnshaws support 10 local sports teams with equipment on an annual basis. 3 or 4 students are supported with their projects which are usually design and technology / engineering based. Barnshaws nominated charity is Macmillan Nurses.
