Please call us if your tolerance requirement is tighter that the figures quoted and we will discuss improvements and quality procedures with you.Thin plate cannot hold its shape when cylinders are lay down. It is therefore necessary to support them. A thin 3mm cylinder will not look round due to this however the curve will be correct when standing the cylinder up right.
As the plate is thin in comparison to the diameter you will have to move the cylinder to the correct size to fix to your support flanges.
We will always advise you of different solutions for transport to support plates where the diameter : thickness ratio is too high to support the plates. We have a variety of transport supports and cradles to help.

Max deviation = D/500 or 6mm whichever is greater.
