At Barnshaw Profiles we use the very latest Lantek Cad/Cam programming software, ensuring maximum material utilization. In addition we use Solidworks and AutoCAD packages, enabling us to produce any shape, and import multiple file types, including dxf, dwg, dstv and iges.
Also we offer a full development service of standard shapes such as cones, lobster backs and square-to-rounds. We work with clients to meet their exact requirements and suggest viable alternatives, saving time and money.

The standard service for plasma cutting is 3-4 working day. Upon request we can turn around work in 48 or 72 hours.

3d plasma cutting service
Our new 3d plasma cutter can cut and weld prep/bevel plates in one operation. Utilising the worlds most advanced ESAB bevel head the process is quick and accurate. The multi axis head enables different preps to be applied to the plate edges, single and double vee.
